1.Why my mobile phone can not be switched on?
 Recharge the battery.
2.Why there is no indication of charging in my mobile?
When you start charging a battery that is empty or a battery has not been used for a long time, it may takes up 30 minutes before indication appears on screen.
3.Why there is no signal or faint signal of my mobile phone?
 Please use phone in a wide place and avoid use fastigium of network.
4. Why it appeares ear echo or cacophony in my mobile phone?
 Disconnect and connect again or select one better trunk line.
5. Why the mobiles standby time is shorter?
 Change a new battery, remove to a strong signal place or switch off phone momentarily in faint signal area.

 A. Remove to window or select another service network .
